Setting course for Abes 2022

On June 21 and 22,Abes will be welcoming members of its networks to the Corum in Montpellier. Many thanks to the many organizations sponsoring this event, to the speakers, and to the member establishments who will be exhibiting a Poster.

Abes webservices in OpenAPI format

As part of a proactive policy in favor of data openness and interoperability, webservices are made available to documentation professionals and developers on the api.gouv.fr platform to facilitate the extraction and reuse of data from BACON, Calames, IdRef, Sudoc, Step, Star and theses.fr.

Bibliographic transition

The Training group of the national Bibliographic Transition program is redesigning the website, presenting content in a more pedagogical way. It is this desire that has guided the redesign of the home page, which now presents the site's audiences and uses, while offering direct access to the most consulted pages.

National licenses

As part of the ongoing improvement of the data available at Sudoc and in the BAse de COnnaissance Nationale BACON,Abes has carried out a complete re-recording of the 37 corpora acquired under national license: updating URLs, consolidating access information and cleaning up the B017 zone dedicated to DOIs. The Sudoc coordinators have been informed of the procedures for retrieving these enriched records from the SGBs.

The "licensesnationales" professional application, which enables beneficiary establishments to declare their IP addresses, will be upgraded in June. In view of data migration, it has been temporarily closed since May 30.

Privileged access to the latest issue of Archimag

Archimag is pleased to offer subscribers to "L'actu des réseaux" the June issue: Co-constructing tomorrow's library

To ensure that tomorrow's municipal, inter-communal or university library meets the needs of its users even more effectively, it is essential to work with readers and visitors to develop it. Co-construction is made up of exchanges, the desire to benefit from tailor-made services, the desire for participation, intergenerational needs... To show the many facets of this as concretely as possible, Archimag launched a call for contributions, to which many librarians kindly responded. Their testimonials make up this dossier.
