Libraries and open science: Experimenting with new formulas

The wealth of initiatives and achievements in favour of open science testify to the dynamics of ESR documentary establishments and their ability to concretely and effectively accompany the implementation of the " National Plan for Open Science " launched by Ms Frédérique Vidal, Minister of Higher Education and Research, at the LIBER congress (July 2018).
